Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account, and the meeting audio, transcripts and analyses you submit to MyMinutes. We may also collect usage data to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, to generate transcripts and insights from your meetings, to secure your account, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your meeting data is stored securely and is only accessible to you (and administrators where applicable). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We may share information only as required to operate the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time. Because your meetings are tied to your account, deleting a meeting removes its transcript and analysis.

6. Consent to Recording

You are responsible for obtaining the consent of all participants before recording, transcribing or analysing a meeting. MyMinutes assumes you have the right to process the audio you submit.

7. Data Retention

We retain your meeting data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete meetings at any time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the Service.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, please contact Greg Harrison.
